Fig Leaf Group is looking for a Digital Content Coordinator who will be responsible for supporting all aspects of content management.

Responsibilities

  • Update various web properties using HTML / CSS
  • Ensure SEO best practices are being followed and continually strive to improve SEO rankings on the web properties
  • Create and manage emails for Marketing and Sales campaigns
  • Manage and update social media accounts, postings
  • Work with proprietary content editing administration tool to update the company’s product related content
  • Edit and optimize blog posts and marketing copy to promote our online presence, using SEO guidelines
  • Collaborate with Marketing regarding the editorial calendar and ensure timely publications
  • Generate new ideas around industry-related topics
  • Monitors user engagement, web traffic, and other KPIs
  • Support regional stakeholders with web-related technical needs for their respective markets
  • Ensure copy and design is accurately displayed on the various platforms that it is intended for
  • Maintain archiving system regarding all web related deliverables
  • Test colleagues work and assist in QA efforts
  • Contribute to CRM data gathering and cleansing

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience as a content coordinator, web editor or similar position
  • Passionate about digital communications, social media and marketing efforts like blogs including SEO
  • Update and sharpen team reference materials and best practices guides
  • Stay abreast and inform team of industry trends and innovations
  • Follow and enforce GDPR standards throughout actions and materials
  • Conduct developmental edits and offer input to enhance quality, organization, clarity and content effectiveness
  • Aid in proofreading and correction of team members’ work
  • Potential requirement for industry insights by researching news feeds
  • Collaborate with team members regarding gathering social media user generated content
  • Ability to prioritize tasks to meet the expectations of project management
  • High confidence in: HTML, CSS, Content Management Systems
  • Basic knowledge in: Javascript, QA, Web Development, Mailchimp, YouTube, Vimeo, Social platforms, CRM
