Digital Marketing Strategist

We are looking for a seasoned digital marketing specialist to join our diverse and growing team of professionals and help us develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across a variety of channels. This is a full-time, remote working position. The ideal candidate will be based in, or a resident of, the UK. Duties will include market research, trend analysis, and providing strategic direction to the senior leadership team.


  • Establish positioning, identify audience, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments to ensure brand guidelines are always met
  • Collaborate with the Digital Business Team on the execution of marketing campaigns from start to finish
  • Translate customer data and analytics into marketing insights and actions
  • Liaise with product managers and the sales team to develop lead-generating campaigns
  • Ensure marketing campaigns align with communication strategies
  • Brief and manage freelance suppliers as necessary to ensure quality
  • Work with external agencies and vendors as necessary to execute marketing campaigns

Base Requirements:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience
  • Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends and adapt campaigns accordingly
  • Track record of successful product launches
  • Extensive experience in SEO/SEM and online marketing
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM systems
  • Solid experience in direct advertising, including email and social media
  • Proven ability to design and execute content marketing strategies
  • Ability to identify, develop and manage multiple digital conversion points
  • Familiar with public relations and brand advertising
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills

Preferred Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Knowledge of primary maths and/or literacy education
  • Knowledge of recent Maths Mastery programmes undertaken by the UK
  • Experience in the editorial or publishing industry
  • Expertise in the following software:Google Suite, HubSpot, Notion, Slack
