Returns Policy

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason:

(a) you can notify us by calling customer services on 01892 537706 or by email to hello@mathsnoproblem.com before we have dispatched the goods to you;

or

(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by notifying us by calling customer services on 01892 537706 or by email to hello@mathsnoproblem.com and returning the goods to us within 14 days of the goods’ being delivered to you.

Within 14 days of receiving either the goods back from you or valid evidence that you have sent them back, we will refund to you the price you paid for the goods plus an amount equal to their delivery costs using the least expensive delivery method we offer, if you paid for delivery. If you are a school we will issue a refund or a credit note as appropriate.

The cost of returning goods to us must be borne by you and we may reduce your refund of the price (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the goods and later discover that you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us an appropriate amount. The right to return the goods to us will not apply to any goods that we have made or customised specifically for you or are not normally stocked and have been ordered specifically for you.

The provisions of this clause do not affect your statutory rights.

More detail about returns is set out in Condition 10 of our Terms and Conditions of Sale and Service.
