Terms and Conditions for New Zealand Events

PAYMENT: Please make sure that the full payment is made upon receipt of the invoice and prior to the event.

CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing at least five working days before the event start date in order to receive a refund.

We regret that we are unable to give refunds for late cancellations. However, if we receive an email notification prior to the event we do allow substitute delegates as well as re-booking for another similar event at a more convenient date.

It may be necessary for reasons beyond our control to cancel or postpone the event or to alter the content and timing of the programme or the identity of the speakers. In any case, neither the organisers (Maths – No Problem!) nor the trainer(s) shall be liable for any loss, liability, damage or expense suffered or incurred by any person. This contract is subject to New Zealand Law.
