Andy Psarianos is the co-founder and CEO of Math — No Problem! and Pomegranate, an interactive whiteboard.

A Montréal native, Andy is a leading figure in math education, known for pioneering the introduction of the Singapore model to Western schools. Math — No Problem! has helped more than 3 million children worldwide become more confident mathematicians and problem-solvers. Highly visual and accessible, the program is especially effective for children with learning disability designations. It is trusted by more than 20,000 school teachers in 5,500 schools globally, and has been officially recognized by the governments of the UK and New Zealand.

Julie Neal is the Chief of Staff at Math — No Problem! where she brings over 20 years of leadership experience.

A Western University graduate with a background in Social Sciences and Fine Art, Julie is known for her ability to navigate complex organizational challenges with speed and precision. Her experience ranges from sales and marketing to event and project management across the education and technology sectors. Julie is a passionate advocate for math mastery and its transformative impact on children’s lives. She continues to be inspired by the global reach of Math — No Problem! and its mission to build confident, capable learners through visual, accessible teaching.

Robin Potter Math — No Problem! Head of Community Engagement Profile

Robin Potter brings a global lens to her work as Head of Community Engagement at Fig Leaf Group, parent company of Math — No Problem!

Having lived in ten countries and navigated school systems across six of them with her own children, Robin understands firsthand the diverse challenges and opportunities in education across the world. Her experience as guest speaker at international conferences has allowed her to share her graduate research on the community benefits of using forests for wellness. As Head of Community Engagement, Robin combines her experience in education and passion for community together to improve teacher resources and student outcomes.
