Subscription Customer Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the Maths — No Problem! Referral Programme Promotion available to customers of Maths — No Problem! who are “Full Subscribers” (meaning any MNP customer who has bought at least a one year subscription for each year of its entire school (no matter the size of the school) to the MNP Programme) (“Referral Programme Promotion”). By entering this Referral Programme Promotion, each participant will be deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and will be bound by them.

The promoter of this Referral Programme Promotion is Fig Leaf Promotions Limited (trading as Maths — No Problem!) with its registered office address at: Maths — No Problem! 20 Old Bailey, London, EC4M 7AN (company registration number 07233807) (“MNP”).

Who may take part in the Referral Programme Promotion?

1. The Referral Programme Promotion is open to customers of Maths — No Problem! who are “Full Subscribers” (meaning any MNP customer who has bought at least a one year subscription for each year of its entire school (no matter the size of the school) to the MNP Programme at any time). The MNP Programme means MNP Teacher Guides, MNP Textbooks and MNP Workbooks.

How to take part in the Referral Programme Promotion?

2. An eligible Full Subscriber school that wishes to take part in the Referral Programme Promotion shall be given its own unique referral code by MNP (a representative of the Full Subscriber school should contact MNP stating that it wishes to take part and requesting its referral code).

3. The Full Subscriber school (“referrer school”) shall aim to refer as many new schools (“referred school”) as it can to MNP during the duration of the Referral Programme Promotion (1st April 2025 to 1st October 2025 inclusive). Each time a participating Full Subscriber school refers a new school to MNP, it shall give the referred school its referral code and tell the referred school to contact MNP by telephone +44 1892 537 706 or email sales@mathsnoproblem.com to order its products.

4. The referred school shall provide the referral code it has been given by the referrer school to MNP (to the MNP customer representative who answers the telephone or responds by email) when it makes a purchase from MNP.

Reward for participating in the Referral Programme Promotion

5. When a referrer school refers a school both schools will receive a voucher for one day of training with a MNP trainer in school (for the avoidance of doubt this shall not include inset training) (“One Day Voucher”) and a voucher for two places on a three day MNP essentials course (“Three Day Voucher”) (together, the “Vouchers”). (For the avoidance of doubt there shall be no cash alternative to the Vouchers and both places must be booked for the same course at the same time for the Three Day Voucher. The Vouchers will be subject to availability and participants may be offered alternative dates). Both schools shall receive their Vouchers once the referred school has placed their order. If the referrer school does not pay for its subscription(s) in accordance with the terms of our invoice we reserve the right to cancel the Vouchers.

Important Dates

6. Referrer and referred schools will be eligible to take part in the Referral Programme Promotion from 9am BST on 1st April 2025 (the "Opening Date") to 5pm BST on 31st October 2025 (the "Closing Date") inclusive. Any and all referrals received after the Closing Date will not be valid for the purposes of the Referral Programme Promotion.

7. Both the referrer school and the referred school must have used the Vouchers to book their places by Friday 31st July 2026 (for the avoidance of doubt the training or course may be after this date but the booking must have been made by this date). The Vouchers shall not be valid to use against any bookings after this date.
