Maths — No Problem! Digital Research Incentive — Terms and Conditions (Autumn 2026)

These terms and conditions apply to the Maths — No Problem! Research Survey incentive available to all participants who complete the Maths — No Problem! Research Survey (the “Incentive”). By entering this Research Survey, you will be deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and will be bound by them.

The promoter of this Research Survey is Fig Leaf Promotions Limited (trading as Maths — No Problem!) with its registered office address at: 20 Old Bailey, London, EC4M 7AN (company registration number 07233807) (“Maths — No Problem!”).

Who may enter

  1. The Incentive is open to all non-Maths — No Problem! customers who are 18 years old or over and who make a valid entry for the Incentive (booking a Research Survey interview and completion of the full research interview with a member of the Maths — No Problem! Product team via Google Meet).

How to enter

  1. Each individual must book and attend a 30-45 minute Research Survey interview with a member of the Maths — No Problem! Product team via Google Meet. If the meeting is cancelled or you do not attend the meeting, the Incentive will not be sent to you.
  2. Once you have completed your Research Survey interview, you will be sent via email a £5 voucher for Costa Coffee (“Incentive”). There shall be fifty winners: the first twenty-five of our existing customers to complete the survey and the first twenty five of participants who are not current customers who complete the survey.
  3. Any and all entries are free and no purchase is necessary.
  4. Each individual may enter the Research Survey once; multiple entries are not permitted.
  5. Maths — No Problem! reserves the right to deny Research Survey entries for any reason.

Important Dates

  1. You will be eligible to submit entries for the Research Survey from 9am GMT on Monday 28th September 2026 (the "Opening Date") to 5pm GMT on Friday 18th December 2026 (the "Closing Date") inclusive. Any Research Survey interview submissions after the Closing Date will be automatically disqualified. We may choose to extend the Closing Date if we have not had enough valid entries and the new Closing Date shall be announced via email if we choose to do so.

Intellectual Property Rights

  1. You hereby acknowledge and agree that upon entering the Research Survey you assign any and all the intellectual property rights, namely the copyright (and waive any and all associated moral rights), in your entry/entries to Maths — No Problem! and that you understand that through this assignment/waiver Maths — No Problem! shall have the right to use your Research Survey interview as it so wishes for the purposes of the Research Survey and in the future.

General

  1. There is no cash alternative to the Incentive (or any part of it) and the Incentive is non-negotiable, non-refundable and non-transferable.
  2. If you are not able to accept the Incentive for any reason Maths — No Problem! reserves the right to award the Incentive to another individual who made a valid entry prior to the Closing Date.

Liability

  1. There are certain things for which Maths — No Problem! does not accept any liability to you, and these are explained in the next two paragraphs. The law does not allow Maths — No Problem! to exclude or limit its liability for some things, such as death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or loss caused by a false statement where the statement is made fraudulently. Maths — No Problem! accepts full liability for these matters. Otherwise, the exclusions of liability described in paragraphs 14 and 15 will apply. References to “Maths — No Problem!” in these paragraphs (13, 14 and 15) include all of Maths — No Problem!’s associated companies.
  2. Maths — No Problem! will not be responsible for and will have no liability in connection with any occurrences to the extent that they occur for reasons beyond Maths — No Problem!’s reasonable control.
  3. Maths — No Problem! does not accept responsibility for any entries that fail to post or upload or are not entered validly regardless of cause, or responsibility for any equipment, network, technical, systems, satellite, server, computer, hardware or software failure of any kind, which may affect the sending, posting, receipt or processing of your entry.
  4. Entries must not be made through agents or third parties. Incomplete entries will be disqualified and will not be counted.
  5. Maths — No Problem!'s decision is final and binding in all respects of all Incentive entries. No correspondence or discussion will be entered into in respect of entries (save for with the winner). Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.
  6. If Maths — No Problem! has grounds to suspect any entry of deception or fraudulent conduct of any kind, Maths — No Problem! reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to disqualify any individual it reasonably believes to be responsible for, or associated with, such activity.
  7. Maths — No Problem! reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend the Incentive where it becomes necessary to do so.
  8. Maths — No Problem! reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

Personal Data

  1. Maths — No Problem! will use any personal data submitted by an individual in its Incentive entry solely for the purpose of administering this ncentive.
  2. Any personal information collected regarding entrants into this Incentive will be treated in confidence in accordance with Maths — No Problem!'s Privacy Policy (https://mathsnoproblem.com/en/privacy-policy/).
  3. You have the right to access, rectify and/or oppose the processing of and delete any personal information collected through participation in the Incentive.

Laws of England and Wales

  1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
