An overview
What is the British Curriculum?
The English National Curriculum 2014, also known as the British Curriculum, is the official framework for learning from Early Years Foundation Stage to Key Stage 4. The curriculum encourages fluency in foundational concepts, mathematical reasoning and strong problem-solving. The Maths — No Problem! programme covers EYFS to Key Stage 2. It builds a strong, solid foundation in the beginning and uses a spiral curriculum throughout until the end of Key Stage 2, preparing all pupils for further mathematics learning outside of primary. Maths — No Problem! builds long-term retention and understanding with its maths mastery approach, which is endorsed by the National Centre for Excellence in the Teaching of Mathematics (NCETM).
