Maths — No Problem! Coffee and a Chat initiative — Terms and Conditions (September 2026)
These terms and conditions apply to the Maths — No Problem! Coffee and a Chat initiative available to all non-customers who register and attend a meeting with the Maths — No Problem! UK Sales team within the month of September 2026 (the “Campaign”). By entering this Campaign, you will be deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions and will be bound by them.
The promoter of this Campaign is Fig Leaf Promotions Limited (trading as Maths — No Problem!) with its registered office address at: 20 Old Bailey, London, EC4M 7AN (company registration number 07233807) (“Maths — No Problem!”).
Who may enter
1. The Campaign is open to all individuals resident in the UK who are 18 years old or over, who are not currently Maths — No Problem! customers (do not have an active subscription with Maths - No Problem!) and who make a valid entry for the Campaign (registration online and attendance of a meeting with our Sales team in September 2026).
How to enter
2. Each individual must register for a meeting with our Sales team via our ‘Book your coffee and a chat!‘ form on the Maths — No Problem! website and attend the meeting (one per person) for the Campaign in the month of September 2026. If you fail to attend the Sales meeting, your entry shall not be valid.
3. Once you have registered and attended the Sales meeting, you will automatically receive a £5 voucher for Costa Coffee to the email address you used to register for the Campaign (“Reward”).
4. Any and all entries are free and no purchase is necessary.
5. Each individual may enter the Campaign once; multiple entries are not permitted. If the same individual enters with different email addresses all entries will be invalid. If two individuals wish to participate in the Campaign from one organisation, one person may register on behalf of both participants and if two participants attend the sales meeting both will be eligible to receive a Reward (up to a maximum of two participants per meeting).
6. Any entries that have been generated by an automatic means will be void.
7. Maths — No Problem! reserves the right to deny Campaign entries for any reason.
8. Only entries submitted from individuals resident in the UK will be valid.
Important Dates
9. 2026 (the "Opening Date") to 5pm GMT on Wednesday 30th September 2026 (the "Closing Date") inclusive. Any Campaign entries received after the Closing Date will be automatically disqualified. We may choose to extend the Closing Date if we have not had enough valid entries and the new Closing Date shall be announced via email if we choose to do so.
10. Each participant who qualifies for a Reward shall be emailed by us (within four weeks of the final Closing Date) with their £5 Costa coffee voucher. No participant names or other personal information of participants shall be announced publicly on our social media channels or otherwise.
General
11. There is no cash alternative to the Reward (or any part of it) and the Reward is non-negotiable, non-refundable and non-transferable.
Liability
12. There are certain things for which Maths — No Problem! does not accept any liability to you, and these are explained in the next two paragraphs. The law does not allow Maths — No Problem! to exclude or limit its liability for some things, such as death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or loss caused by a false statement where the statement is made fraudulently. Maths — No Problem! accepts full liability for these matters. Otherwise, the exclusions of liability described in paragraphs 13 and 14 will apply. References to “Maths — No Problem!” in these paragraphs (11, 12 and 13) include all of Maths — No Problem!’s associated companies
13. Maths — No Problem! will not be responsible for and will have no liability in connection with any occurrences to the extent that they occur for reasons beyond Maths — No Problem!’s reasonable control.
14. Maths — No Problem! does not accept responsibility for any entries that fail to submit properly/ upload or are not entered validly regardless of cause, or responsibility for any equipment, network, technical, systems, satellite, server, computer, hardware or software failure of any kind, which may affect the sending, posting, receipt or processing of your entry.
15. Entries must not be made through agents or third parties. Incomplete entries will be disqualified and will not be counted.
16. Maths — No Problem! 's decision is final and binding in all respects of all Campaign entries. No correspondence or discussion will be entered into in respect of entries (save for correspondence to arrange the sales meeting and provide the Reward). Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.
17. If Maths — No Problem! has grounds to suspect any entry of deception or fraudulent conduct of any kind, Maths — No Problem! reserves the right (in its sole discretion) to disqualify any individual it reasonably believes to be responsible for, or associated with, such activity.
18. Maths — No Problem! reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel or amend the Campaign where it becomes necessary to do so.
19. Maths — No Problem! reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
Personal Data
20. Maths — No Problem! will use any personal data submitted by an individual in its Campaign entry solely for the purpose of administering this Campaign.
21. Any personal information collected regarding entrants into this Campaign will be treated in confidence in accordance with Maths — No Problem!'s Privacy Policy.
22. You have the right to access, rectify and/or oppose the processing of and request the deletion of any personal information collected through participation in the Campaign. Please email hello@mathsnoproblem.com with any such requests.
Laws of England and Wales
23. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
