Roger Hitchin has been teaching in both the independent and maintained sector for the past 25 years and is currently Head of Years 5 and 6 and Maths Lead at Wellington Prep School in Somerset. He first came across Singapore Maths in 2015, which led to Wellington becoming one of the first schools in southwest England to adopt maths mastery. It became an accredited school two years later. Roger is a frequent contributor to the Maths — No Problem! blog and has presented at Maths — No Problem! conferences in the UK and internationally.
